The DISC Profile® is one of the most widely used tools for understanding behaviour in the workplace.
DISC Advanced provides a detailed analysis that assists people in understanding their preferred ways of working and communicating, and how this impacts others. It is extremely useful for team development.

The workshop includes

  • Developing an understanding of different individual behavioural styles
  • Identifying your own style – Individual Assessment Report
  • Understanding other’s styles and how they interrelate with yours
  • How to identify the behavioural styles of other people
  • Improved communication and understanding
  • Developing practical steps for interacting and working better with others

The instrument consists of an online survey that takes about 15 minutes to complete. Participants are provided with a comprehensive report of their results which includes information about communication, the workplace environment, relating to others, understanding behavioural differences, leadership styles and co-operation.

Craig Mitchell is an experienced facilitator of personality type instruments, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and DISC Advanced tools. Craig is a Uniting Church ministry worker, educator and facilitator. He is the former National Director for Formation, Education and Discipleship for the UCA Assembly.

Registrations close Wednesday 21 May. Participants will be sent a link to the survey to complete by 25 May. The workshop is limited to 20 participants.
